Reaper in Sicily marked their 4th year as a band (2013) as their biggest and most important year, Singer Rhys Bernardo was quoted saying 'This year is the big push for us, we need to give it absolutely everything, we owe it to the fans and ourselves to really dig deep and pull something out of the bag. We feel that, with the release of Islands, we will have an album we can be proud of and we are just going to do everything we can to elaborate on the great years we have had as a band, we will give it everything but mainly make sure we enjoy every second of it. The fans are what's most important and without them we wouldn't still be here doing what we are doing, It's time to give something back, and we hope this album is our way of showing them how much we care.
